| This facility tested a variety of civilian and military aircraft engines. The concrete was improperly coated thus, resulting in paint chips being drawn through 8 million dollar engines. This situation required extensive preparation of the many delicate electronic systems. The concrete cell was sandblasted and an epoxy block filler applied. Overkete E-100 Ultra white topcoat was applied to cell walls and floors. |
